RevOps and Executive Operations

Remote
Full Time
Mid Level

Ready to take your skills to the next level in a fast paced, technology-forward industry where you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to have an immediate impact on the business? Urban Insight is looking for a talented and highly organized RevOps + Executive Operations professional to become a central support hub for our revenue-generating (i.e. Sales) and back-office Operations functions. This person will work closely with our COO, CEO, and Director of Client Development, and various department heads to support the growth of Urban Insight.

This is the right role for an assertive and organized individual with a passion for process and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. The role is an even split between revenue operations and executive support (initially our HR needs). If you are excited by not only executing on established playbooks but by the prospect of owning and improving key business processes in sales, marketing, and HR, this role is a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Operations: Assist the Director of Client Development by ensuring sales processes are followed, from initial outreach and research to proposal creation using AI tools. You will organize key documents, manage the proposal calendar, and capture + follow-through on action items from partner meetings.
  • Client Onboarding: Once a deal closes, you will facilitate the client onboarding process. This includes scheduling internal kickoff meetings, creating handoff documents, and assisting Project Managers with deck assembly to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production.
  • HubSpot & Systems Management: Own the cleanliness and effectiveness of our revenue systems, primarily HubSpot. This includes grooming data, managing renewal and close dates, building reports and dashboards, enriching data from lists, and ensuring data integrity across all platforms.  This also includes setup of outbound sequences to enable the Revenue team for outreach (using tools like Apollo, Reply.io, Instantly, etc.).
  • HR & Recruiting Support: Monitor and manage the entire recruiting pipeline. This involves posting roles, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, managing the candidate workflow, scheduling interviews, and supporting the on-boarding of new employees.
